Qwen3-TTS
Local voice generation model family
VoxShift uses Qwen3-TTS 0.6B / 1.7B model choices and keeps Apache License 2.0 notices for both the model family and bundled setup/test voice assets generated with Qwen3-TTS.
faster-whisper / Whisper-compatible ASR
Speech recognition runtime
Commercial builds avoid bundling PyAV / FFmpeg payloads and use a no-PyAV audio path for live numpy audio.
pyrnnoise / RNNoise runtime
RNNoise-based microphone noise suppression runtime
Used for the RNNoise noise-canceling runtime path. VoxShift keeps the pyrnnoise / RNNoise notice with the app package and bundled metadata.

Windows app runtime packages and native extensions
The Windows app package includes THIRD_PARTY_PACKAGE_INVENTORY.md, package .dist-info metadata, and third_party_licenses/supplemental/ files for the actual bundled Python, ML, and native runtime dependencies, including CTranslate2, matplotlib, ONNX Runtime, rjieba, SentencePiece, tokenizers, and related packages where present.
soxr / libsoxr
Audio resampling dependency used through the Qwen3-TTS / librosa audio path
Included through the local audio/model runtime dependency chain where present. VoxShift keeps the bundled soxr license files with the app package.

The app vendors Lucide 1.14.0 under realtime_translator/web_static/vendor/lucide.

Optional virtual audio routing driver
The Microsoft Store package does not bundle VB-CABLE or launch a third-party driver installer. VoxShift may guide users to VB-Audio official pages so they can review the Donationware, license, and professional licensing terms before installing it themselves.
NVIDIA CUDA / cuDNN / GPU runtime components
GPU acceleration through ML dependencies
Used for GPU acceleration when CUDA / cuDNN-family runtime DLLs are included through PyTorch, torchaudio, ctranslate2, or related GPU dependencies. VoxShift keeps NVIDIA notices and references NVIDIA redistribution terms.

Certificate authority bundle dependency
Kept as an existing Python runtime dependency notice where certifi is included in the packaged runtime.
tqdm
Progress and runtime utility dependency
Kept as an existing Python runtime dependency notice where tqdm is included in the packaged runtime.

Windows helper executable runtime
Used around StoreLicenseHelper and Windows helper executable flows where applicable. VoxShift keeps the Microsoft .NET notice with the app package.

Microsoft Store向け配布版では、VB-Audio VB-CABLE、第三者ドライバインストーラ、FFmpeg / PyAV / libx264 / libx265、Qwen-ASR、soynlp、bitsandbytesをアプリ本体に同梱していません。仮想オーディオが必要な場合は、VB-Audio公式ページで配布条件とライセンスを確認したうえで、ユーザー自身で導入してください。
